The\u00a0right pressure<\/strong>\u00a0in our daily lives is essential, allowing us to be focused on our goals but at the same time not stressed.<\/p>\n

Pressure is equally important in the\u00a0hydraulic\/motor field<\/strong>, and today we want to take a closer look at an issue that is\u00a0strategic for the correct operation of hydraulic, diesel and combined tanks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Checking its level is therefore essential.<\/strong><\/p>\n

USER BEHAVIOUR IS CRUCIAL<\/span>
\n<\/strong>Daily tank use behaviour is crucial to avoid jeopardising the system or the vehicle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Starting with\u00a0hydraulic tanks<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, it is necessary to take into consideration the consistency of the\u00a0suction and return flows<\/strong>. In normal use, the depression caused by the suction is compensated by the\u00a0cap with air breather<\/strong><\/a>, in the case of the return flow the pressure is managed by the\u00a0return filter.<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0It is therefore essential to\u00a0periodically replace the return filter cartridge<\/strong>\u00a0(semi-immersed<\/a>,\u00a0Easy Kit<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0Easy Filter<\/a>) and the\u00a0oil cap compensation cartridge<\/strong>\u00a0(air breather cap<\/a>), to prevent filter breakage or tank implosion.<\/p>\n

In addition to the replacement cartridges, which should be replaced\u00a0every six months at the most (or more frequently according to the working conditions<\/em>),\u00a0Padoan also provides a\u00a0visual pressure indicator<\/a>\u00a0to be applied on the filter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the same time,\u00a0diesel<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0combined<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>tanks\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>can also be affected by careless behaviour.<\/p>\n

In case of\u00a0coupling of aftermarket tanks or replacing of original ones<\/em>\u00a0it is very important to\u00a0choose the correct tank, as well as the level indicator<\/strong>,<\/em>\u00a0so the suction device. This aspect is fundamental because it manages the suction and return of the diesel fuel and involve both of coupling with original tanks already installed or the replacing of the original ones.<\/p>\n

Last but not least, it is necessary to\u00a0avoid dangerous practices such as filling the secondary tank with pressurised air in order to force the flow of diesel towards the master tank<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
