Padoan S.r.l. enters the Interpump Group and consolidates its internationalisation strategy

 

From July 1, the Treviso-based company, operating in more than 50 countries, officially becomes part of the Interpump Group, which acquires 65% of ownership. The long-standing collaboration between the two companies evolves into a shared industrial strategy, with the aim of strengthening competitiveness in global markets.

 

June 20, 2025 – Olmi di S. Biagio di Callalta (TV) – Padoan S.r.l., the Treviso-based company founded in 1937, which today has a clear international vocation with its subsidiaries Padoan Swiss, Padoan Deutschland and Padoan Chile, enters a new phase of its strategic development.

 

From July 1, 2025 it will be part of the Interpump Group that acquires 65% of the company, thus allowing it to enhance its market position and increase its competitiveness. The remaining 35% of the quotas are held entirely by Stefania Padoan, the company’s current CEO.

 

The operation has its foundation in the long-standing and profitable collaboration that binds Padoan to the industrial Group of Reggio Emilia and that has led, in particular, to the development of the activities performed with the Division dedicated to hydraulics for industrial vehicles, Interpump Hydraulics.

 

The choice of Padoan to consolidate this industrial partnership, by opening its capital stock, intends to pursue two crucial industrial goals: to grant continuity to the growth path of the company, enhancing the heritage of know-how and specialisation developed over the years and to expand the business perspectives on a global scale, creating new market, process and product synergies.

 

Today Padoan is a company with more than 50 staff members, a turnover (2024) of about 15 million euros, an international vocation already witnessed by a production plant in Switzerland, trading companies in Germany and Chile, as well as the availability of its solutions in more than 50 countries around the world.

 

The company’s strategic focus is unchanged: to consolidate the international identity of #TankSpecialist, with in-depth know-how in the manufacturing of oil, diesel and combined tanks for industrial vehicles and machinery.
